I had to do something about sitting all day once I began teaching from home. I looked at ones that my husbands company has but was not willing to pay that much. I bought this one because it was affordable and had good reviews. This is a quality unit that required no set up. It is very large and I am able to have my document camera, textbooks and laptop all on the unit. It glides up easily. I am short (5' 2") and I can still reach across to adjust the heights.
