I've had this desk for a month now and absolutely love it. It was really easy to put together, all the pieces were packed neatly and securely in the box, nothing was damaged. I really like that you can put the pocket organizer, headphone hook and drawer on either side. Really you can put the drawer anywhere you want because it is just attached with a large piece of double-sided tape which has so far not budged and I open and close that drawer daily. The desk is heavy and feels sturdy. I am not using the provided castors because my office is carpeted so I won't be rolling it anywhere. Before this, I had a basic IKEA desk and HATED how much it wobbled when I typed and I had to have a mat under my keyboard or else it sounded like I was using hammers to type. This desk does have a veeerry slight wobble to it, which I didn't even notice until after reading comments from the only 2-star review today (and like I said, I've had this for a month). I do not have any issue with the volume of my typing on this desk, even without a mat under the keyboard. I will agree with that 2-star review that the desktop does show fingerprints, but that doesn't really bother me (I imagine most black semi-gloss desks would have the same issue). The motor is vertical, so keep that in mind, but again, I didn't even think about that until I read that 2 star review. It is only on the left side, so if you want to put a cabinet under the desk, you just have to put it on the right... Speaking of the motor, yes it makes a sound, but I would say it is pretty quiet compared to other electric adjustable desks I've tried. If I adjust it while I'm on a phone call, the person on the other end can barely hear it (I asked a coworker specifically if they could hear it and they only could when neither of us was talking, but still just barely). My only gripe is that I wish the two pieces of the desktop were a bit more flush. It's not a gap you can see through or anything, but it is visible and might be annoying if you have a flat monitor base sitting on top of it. I thought that would bother me more, but the seam ended up between the legs of my monitor stands so I barely notice it.I used the minimum number for cable clips (just the ones you actually screw into the tabletop) and while I wouldn't call my cables properly managed, the don't hit my feet when I'm sitting with my legs out in front of me. It did come with a handful of extra clips that attach with double-sided tape if cable management is a big deal to you.Overall, I'm so glad I finally bought this desk after months of electric standing desk research. I really feel like it is the best value and has all the features I could want. My husband and I both work from home and share an office, so he has been watching me enjoy this desk for a month now and finally ordered one for himself. The price has gone up a bit since I bought mine, but it is still a great deal and I know he won't regret it, just like I haven't.The product is worth the money.I bought the solid black one. I was skeptical at first, but once we got it assembled, I am impressed at how solid the desk is and how smoothly it operates. The only problem we had with assembly is that the holes the metal posts go in that fit the two panels of the desktop together were not drilled all the way through, but with a couple of good hard taps it broke through and the pieces were able to fit together well. The assembly took about an hour and was not difficult.Needed to upgraded to a 55 inch desk and considered this one for the price and the accessories. In terms of assembly I think it was pretty straightforward as this was not the first desk I have built. When standing the table is pretty firm and sturdy when working. Overall, if you have been considering a standing desk this one is a good choice.Just as described! Great desk for the price!!Exactly what I wanted. Work full-time remote and was at a card table. This fits two monitors, 32 and 25 inches. A keyboard docking station, laptop, a few knick knacks and is still not crowded. Goes up and down easily. Not alot of noise, but who cares, everything makes some sort of noise. Took husband about an hour to put together. I highly recommend.4 stars because it’s a two piece top. But if you are tight on money and still want a good functional motorized desk, it has everything you would want. It’s pretty sturdy though could be better. The accessories are must haves and they don’t come standard with a lot of cheaper lift desks. Or any of them for that matter. It is very quiet raising and lowering. Safety stop features when it comes in contact with objects. It also comes with starter cord management accessories. I’ve done a lot of research and this is the best value you can get for your money.
