When putting this together, it took me about an hour- but the directions left out some details, so that had me going back to fix things. First, when building the cross pieces, it doesn't show it but you use the screw caps (d) to connect it- When you go to align the pieces of the desktop to attach, make sure you use the wooden dowels to get the corner piece connected to the two sides.Getting everything to line up was nearly impossible when attached the base to the tops- I actually had one that just wasn't going to work, so I left it off.The finished product is good, nice work space,10/10 do recommend. It gives more space now the instructions were trash and me and my boyfriend went at it over it. Because they would bout two different pieces in the same bag so it took about 1-2 hrs. I only didn’t like the bottom part. It’s a shelf to sit like a printer but it sits on the floor it doesn’t attach to the deskFits my whole gaming set up perfectly. It’s not ideal if you like rolling around a whole lot but I enjoy sitting in one position and keeping my head on a swivel. So if you’re like me, it’s perfect for you. ?I got this desk to do double time. I do my own acrylic nails, and I wanted it to serve as game space. So I coupled it with some drawers and gave it some personality. I’m a fan. Definitely recommend. It is fine for home office use. The desk top is pretty thin so I am concerned how it will hold up when I add my monitors. Pay close attention to the instructions! I had to redo it twice... I honestly think it would be easier to follow the steps in reverse order. This table is very sturdy and has a lot of space. I was able to put it together in a couple of hours by myself, but it would be much faster with two people. I love that you can orient the the table so the L shape can be in either direction. Overall would recommend. Not gonna lie, I felt it would've been larger... However, it gets the job done. It feels cheap, but it is sturdy enough to hold my 2 monitors and tower. I tried placing my tower on the small board, but I didn't like the idea of it being on the ground. There was small damages to the legs and wood, but not enough to affect the overall build. It works, but I think in the future, I'll need a bigger desk. This works becuase my room is small. My only complaint about the desk itself is I wish the middle corner section had a support post that went to the ground. I’m going to try to find a way to make a post for it. Also, the directions were labeled wrong in a couple places and we had to just figure out how it went together trial and error. Other than that, I’m liking the desk
