This arrived earlier than scheduled which was awesome. It is heavy solid build. Assembly is pretty straight forward.I had a few manufacturing issues with my unit.1) One of the motor covers had a broken tab. looks like an issue when the packers put it in the box as it was in a protected location. Luckily for me the broken tab was in the packaging bag and the covers are easily removed, and the plastic is pretty hardy. I was able to superglue the tab back in place with no issues.2) the control panel had the control cable inserted incorrectly. It has an offset to allow it to clear the desk when mounted from underneath. Another QC issue here, where the assembler pointed the offset upward towards the desk, which would make it impossible to mount to any surface. Luckily the issue was just the stress-relief boot only needed to be rotated 180 degrees. This required popping off the face of the unit (use an old credit card if you have to do this) it pops out easily and is not welded or glued in place luckily.I would have given this a 5 Star because it works well and is a good solid device. (also lifts fast!). But with the 2 QC issues, I had to take a star off. If it wasn't something that could be easily fixed by myself I would have returned the product, but lucky for me I was able to adjust the issues in like 3 min. Other users might not be so technically inclined so be aware. The instructions looked like they were assembled in word is my only complaint - and that is not even a complaint. I have a 6 ft desktop and this extended incredibly easy to fit to it. For the price - I would say this is the best quality out there. It also comes with nifty cable manager tabs and WOW, I cannot see a single wire. Greatest purchase of the yearI have stand up desk at work that seem to be very good and was probably very expensive. I work for Fortune company and they use vendor to provide office furniture, setup and layout. So this is what I'm comparing this frame too.I was looking to get 3 desk 1 for me and my 2 kids. Started looking into frames and complete desks. Prices were from couple hundred dollars to couple thousand dollars.I didn't want to spent to much money but didn't want to give up to much on quality. After long research this looked like best deal. At this time I have 2 desks completely build and finished. Third desk is in use but I have temporary top on it as my final top is being finished. All my 3 tops are heavy butcher blocks 1.5 thick. One is 50" wide other 2 are 60" wide. I have no complains. These are very stable even at max height. Frame and motors are heavy and appear to be same grade and quality that my commercial desk at work. Also this frame is 2 stage, each leg has 2 extensions this means that the range of movement is greater compare to single stage frames. Including going down additional couple inches. No issue with controller, had to reset one of the controllers but that was after moving desk around and main box wasn't firmly mounted to the desk. As the controller has sensor to detect collision is important to firmly mount it to the bottom of the topAs now days there are many unreliable reviews on Amazon sometimes it is hard to find good product but I believe I found this one. I would not hesitate to recommend this to someone or buy it again.I think this frame is comparable to frames from more know brands that cost 2 and 3 times more.I think these desk may last me very long time, time will tell. If I ever run into issues will update this review otherwise everything is good.Arrived a day early! Easy to assemble. Heavy. Runs smoothly. I attached a 72" x 36" butcher block top to it. Cable management is separate, but over all is a great price. The disks under the feet spin for leveling. Super happy with this. The safety mentioned in the other reviews is no more. Long press of the memory button will initiate movement. It moves fast and smoothly. Very quiet. After leveling, no wobbles. If you already have a table you like just swap the frame out.work good, one hole was not properly drilled to accept a bolt but other than that it was fairly easy to put together.Make no mistake by its low price, this is a very high quality sit/stand desk frame. The quality of materials used is top-notch - thick/strong steel, great paint quality and coverage, even the packaging is made from high quality foam.I can't attest to the longevity of the motors or electronics (the control box box is a little flimsy), but so far it runs extremely smooth and quiet. I paired the frame with IKEA's 55" wide Bekant table top (had to use some washers so the included screws wouldn't pop out the other side of the table top) and it's rock solid at it's lowest setting - has some wobble at it's highest setting, but is still reasonably stable even with a monitor arm.My only complaint is the instruction manual - not the clearest details on how to get the legs onto the main frame, but it was pretty easy to figure out after a quick look.I highly recommend this unit for anyone who wants to upgrade to a sit/stand desk, likes a little DIY (with choosing your own desktop and getting it to work with this unit) and doesn't want to spend the $600-$800+ that the competition is charging.
