Easy assembly, sturdy quality, less than 6mos use no issues[Short Review]All in all, if you aren't looking to dump a ton of money into a standing desk either because you're on a budget or you aren't sure if a standing desk is right for you then I would confidently recommend this frame to you.[Long Answer]This is easily the best adjustable standing desk frame you can find for this price, hands down. The motor is decently fast and very smooth, such that it wouldn't spill my coffee while raising / lowering the desk. It is also very quiet in my opinion, as I know that was something a few people were asking about, I would say it's as quiet if not quieter than any manual / hand crank desks I have used in the past. It is very clear in the product page that the desk top is NOT included and this is in fact just the frame, but that's what I wanted personally. This gives me the flexibility to choose whatever size and material for the top I want. That means that the full amount of what I paid for here is going into just the frame construction, as opposed to corners being cut in order to include some cr@ppy hunk of MDF which I would throw out anyways.Now here is why I am giving this product a solid five star review, and frankly why I am leaving a review at all since I typically do not take the time to do so. I had ordered this frame and was pretty surprised to see it arriving at my front door in just two days, since I was worried that it would take longer to ship due to the large size of the item (probably one of the largest I'd bought from Amazon so far). Once I opened the box I was shocked to see the frame was damaged, presumably at some point during shipping, and so much so that I actually could not assemble it in the state it was in. Of course this was a bit frustrating and very disappointing as I now had no desk AND I was bracing myself for the insanely high return shipping costs that I expected to pay sending it back to the manufacturer.Though to my surprise that did not happen. I reached out to the seller's customer support staff via email ([email protected]) and explained the situation, then within less than 3 days I had a brand new frame in route to my address completely covered by Fezibo. I work in accounting and frequently deal with shipping heavy, single unit (ie. no bulk discounts) shipping internationally so I know just how much that costs alone, not even including the cost of the replacement. Very professional move on the part of the seller.So yeah, I know this is not going to be comparable to a $1700 Herman Miller standing desk, but the quality of customer service alone more than makes up for the difference in my opinion, and in the sea of products on Amazon that's what really separates this from the hundreds of other similarly priced products.Take note other sellers.I didn’t get around to putting this desk together until AFTER the return period had passed. The motor was welded on crooked which wouldn’t have allowed for the desk to operate correctly. Since the Amazon return date had already passed, I was very concerned about what type of customer service I was going to receive. We’ll, I received excellent customer service! I contacted the seller, told them of the defect, and had a whole new desk arrive at my house within just a few days at no cost to me! Oh and by the way, I liked this desk so much I’ve bought another one!This came earlier than expected and was quite easy to put together. As a bonus, it included casters that I wasn’t expecting nor needed and a little cable management tray that I also wasn’t expecting but ending up using. The casters seem solid but since I don’t need them, I’ll keep them on the side in case I ever change my mind about using them. Really good to have for a free add on.The frame itself also seems very solid and well built. Was a very easy assembly with all the required holes lining up. I used this to attach to a previous desktop I had and was able to just drive the screws in with a simple 9v screwdriver. The hardest thing is flipping the whole thing over but that’s why we have kids, no?This frame has completely transformed the desktop as it was on two file cabinets before. It looks brand new and elegant and now also has the functionality to automatically rise.I zeroed in the settings and then programmed my sit height and stand height. Took all of two minutes to get the electronic component set up.Used the desk for the first time today and I love it. Two other bonus items were a pair of desk hooks, I presume to hang a headphone or a cable and a whole bunch of cable ties. All these bonuses will really allow me to create a sleek and clean look with this.Highly recommend!
